Summertime 1998 at Olcott Beach! The view below, taken from the air by Linda Korff Burdick, shows Olcott Harbor with many boats docked in the Town of Newfane Marina to the left of the outflow of 18-Mile Creek. The camera is looking down to the northwest. Crossing the picture, east-west, is Route 18, Lake Road.
Linda took the picture from the cockpit her dad's Piper Cub through an open door. She used a 35-mm Canon "Sure-Shot" camera zoomed to 75mm and 400 speed film. Linda says she loves to take pictures when she flies and we thank her for sharing this beauty with us...and with all of you!
