Reward Increased to $27,500 For Missing Woman.

Bulmer.jpg (10099 bytes)The father of 41-year old Cynthia Bulmer of 186 Ontario Street has increased the reward he is offering for information leading to her whereabouts. Roger Bulmer has told police he's now offering $25,000 for information on his daughter who hasn't been seen since March 26th 1998.  An additional $2,500 reward has been offered by the United Auto Workers Local 686.
Ms. Bulmer disappeared after evening appearances at the downtown Lockport "Redman Club" and Kendzie's Lounge.   A poster distributed in late 1999 states "foul play is suspected." Police confirm that conclusion but after two years of investigation say they have no solution to the mystery.
